iPartners’ Business Intelligence solution to consolidate insurer’s multiple data sources and provide meaningful and actionable analysis – rapid implementation and ease-of-use key to decision
iPartners, the leading provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to the property & casualty (P&C) insurance industry, today announced that its insurance business intelligence solution has been selected by United Fire Group. United Fire Group plans to utilize the iPartners solution to consolidate its multiple data sources for meaningful and actionable analysis, translating to greater insight and improved decision making.
The evaluation and decision process included a proof of concept which validated the capabilities and benefits of the iPartners’ business intelligence offering, as well as the solution’s ease-of-use. Key to United Fire Group’s decision was the Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model offered by iPartners, which will enable a quick implementation and anticipated production use of the system no later than Q2 2013.
Commenting on the iPartners’ decision, Colleen Sova, vice president, director of eSolutions with United Fire Group, said, “Like most insurers, we had a lot of data, but having the data easily accessible and of use for good decision making was a challenge. We explored a number of options, including taking the data and analytics project in house, but at the end of the day we decided to turn to the experts at iPartners. The iPartners team specializes in P&C data and analysis, they understand our needs, and they offer us sound advice.”
Sova continued, “iPartners’ experience and expertise combined with their business intelligence offering made the perfect solution for us. The product is powerful, flexible and intuitive, and will give our managers access to the consolidated data along with the tools to analyze at all levels, providing us the insight into our business that we have never had before.”
iPartners founder and CEO Robert Lasher, added, “The SaaS delivery of our business intelligence solution is especially key to our value proposition, and we thank United Fire Group for acknowledging the powerful combination of product, expertise and service that SaaS offers. Multiple data sources, consolidated for enhanced business value, and then leveraging tools to effectively extract and analyze the data is a complex effort, but we’ve done it many times and with great success for our clients. And, with that experience has come a wealth of best practices that have helped us to accelerate the pace at which our clients, like United Fire Group, can adopt, deploy, and benefit from business intelligence across the enterprise.”
