Eurobase International Group is providing an excellent service to its customers across Banking and Insurance, according to client surveys in the last year.

Eurobase International Group provides innovative software solutions for the insurance and banking sectors, comprehensive consultancy and high-calibre IT recruitment services around the world. The surveys returned excellent results demonstrating the Group’s clear commitment to customer delivery and ongoing service excellence. The surveys were conducted during 2010, and covered Eurobase Banking Solutions and Eurobase Insurance Solutions.

Overall, the satisfaction level across the group reported an encouraging 91%, reinforcing results from previous years. The level of business and functional knowledge in the dedicated services and support teams was highly rated at 97% across the Group, with the Helpdesk support provided achieving a rating of 92% and the specific technical knowledge of Eurobase staff garnering a 98% approval rating. Requests for changes and amendments to the systems were exceptionally well received, with 100% of participants being extremely satisfied with the service received.

John Wilson, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Eurobase International Group, was delighted with the results of the surveys for 2010. Speaking after the publication of the results, he said: “The results of the surveys highlight an area of the company that I am especially proud of.
