To submit an entry please download the form here and send complete with any supporting information to michael.mccaw@contentive.com.
The closing date for submissions will be October 2, at which point those selected for progression to the next stage of assessment will be contacted by the judging panel.
References and further information may be requested at a later stage in the judging process.
