Omgeo CTM

Omgeo Central Trade Manager (Omgeo CTM) is Omgeo’s strategic platform for the central matching of fixed income and equity transactions to further streamline trade flows, decrease operational risk and increase efficiency. Omgeo CTM processes both cross-border and non-U.S. domestic trades, and offers exception-only processing, real-time settlement instruction enrichment, and automated settlement notification to custodians and interested third parties.

  • Bilateral cancellation after trade is Match Agreed can be initiated by either party and accepted or rejected by the counterparty 
  • Automated settlement notification via SWIFT or CSV, including third parties 
  • Adherence to industry messaging standards (SWIFT MT54x, ISITC, etc.)
  • Links to the Canadian Depository for Securities (CDS) and EuroCCP for submission of matched trades for settlement
