Greenwich, CT – Nov 8, 2018 – INDATA, a leading industry provider of software, technology and services for buy-side firms, today announced that Inverness Counsel, a privately owned investment counsel firm registered with the SEC headquartered in New York City with more than $3.1 Billion in AUM, has successfully implemented INDATA’s Managed Services Offering including INDATA EOD, iPM Cloud and Epic Data API.

Inverness Counsel, one of the largest independent registered investment advisors (RIA) in the United States with a long-term track record working with high net worth individuals, families and trusts, was looking for ways to streamline its operations and technology efforts. A long-term INDATA software client, Inverness explored both in-house and third-party solutions before selecting INDATA.

With INDATA’s SOC 2 Type II and SSAE 18 Type II Audited Managed Services Offering, investment firms are expertly positioned for growth where essential operational activities and the tech required to accommodate future growth in terms of AUM becomes elastic and services-based so as to scale to the needs of each individual client while containing costs.

“Now that we have implemented INDATA’s Managed Services Offering we anticipate being able to focus more of our time on our core business of offering continuous advice to clients,” commented Philip Lawrence, President & CEO.

Among the services utilized by Inverness are INDATA’s EOD Service, which automates end of day pricing; iPM Cloud, which provides software and technology hosting services and Epic Data API, which provides a technology platform based on APIs for connecting with other third-party systems as well as enterprise business intelligence (BI) reporting, including mobile, based on iPM Epic’s big data technology approach. Hosting these tools in iPM Cloud allows INDATA clients to benefit from state-of-the-art technology.

“We are very pleased that Inverness Counsel has selected our Managed Services Offering and look forward to serving their operational, technology and software needs,” commented David J. Csiki, President of INDATA.
