Broadridge Hires New Professional Services Practice Leads

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) is expanding its Professional Services practice within its Global Technology and Operations business unit with the appointment of Andrew Nerone and Bob Henry as Managing Directors, Broadridge Consulting.

Nerone and Henry’s expertise will complement Broadridge’s existing practice areas, while providing additional focus across finance, regulatory, risk management and technology initiatives in the pursuit of transforming clients’ businesses.

Nerone and Henry will report directly to DiGiacomo and work alongside Broadridge’s existing practice leads – Carole Penhale, Keith Jamaitis and Michael Calandra – to provide the company’s clients with additional expertise and thought leadership.

A 30 year-veteran of the financial services industry, Nerone has over 14 years of Big 4 consulting experience at a management level that includes building international advisory groups in the UK and Asia Pacific region.  Nerone is primarily tasked with building out Broadridge’s Management Consulting capability to meet global demand for consulting services. In his most recent role, Nerone founded the Paladin Solutions Group, focusing on Business Development for all Service Line offerings as well as the Business Relationship Management for all strategic multinational accounts. 

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Henry is a seasoned financial services consultant with expertise in Capital Markets in the areas of Finance and Operations. In his most recent role, Henry was Managing Principal at GFT Consulting, where he led a team of Finance change professionals who worked to support both business and technology change agendas for their clients.
