Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: BR) is expanding its Professional Services practice within its Global Technology and Operations business unit with the appointment of Andrew Nerone and Bob Henry as Managing Directors, Broadridge Consulting.
Nerone and Henry’s expertise will complement Broadridge’s existing practice areas, while providing additional focus across finance, regulatory, risk management and technology initiatives in the pursuit of transforming clients’ businesses.
“This is an exciting time for Professional Services. Demand for our services continues to grow as our clients become more aware of our wide array of service offerings and the value we bring to their businesses,” said Erik DiGiacomo, Vice President of Professional Services.
Nerone and Henry will report directly to DiGiacomo and work alongside Broadridge’s existing practice leads – Carole Penhale, Keith Jamaitis and Michael Calandra – to provide the company’s clients with additional expertise and thought leadership.
A 30 year-veteran of the financial services industry, Nerone has over 14 years of Big 4 consulting experience at a management level that includes building international advisory groups in the UK and Asia Pacific region. Nerone is primarily tasked with building out Broadridge’s Management Consulting capability to meet global demand for consulting services. In his most recent role, Nerone founded the Paladin Solutions Group, focusing on Business Development for all Service Line offerings as well as the Business Relationship Management for all strategic multinational accounts.
With more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Henry is a seasoned financial services consultant with expertise in Capital Markets in the areas of Finance and Operations. In his most recent role, Henry was Managing Principal at GFT Consulting, where he led a team of Finance change professionals who worked to support both business and technology change agendas for their clients.
“The collective expertise and skillsets that Andrew and Bob bring to the table rounds out our Professional Services business and gives us a stronger footing with our clients across the globe,” DiGiacomo said. “We are excited about scaling our Processional Services business and this is a signal to our customers that we remain committed to the acceleration of our growth story in the years to come.”
