Customer survey 2016: 87% of the surveyed customers would recommend zeb.control to others

Münster, Germany - 15 March 2017

In 2016 zeb has again conducted a customer survey to better align its software and support with its customers’ needs. Customers were asked to evaluate various features, usability and adaptability of the software, as well as the quality, competence and time-related aspects in the customizing area, hence to judge the experience of customers with zeb.control as well as with support.

We are pleased that about two thirds of customers are genuinely satisfied with zeb.control having evaluated the software with grades of 1 and 2. The surveyed users are especially content with reliability and expertise. Other characteristics were also highly evaluated, such as transparency enabled by comprehension of different calculations and flexibility in form of individual adaption of different aspects such as scenario and report generation.

Customizing area also received a thoroughly good evaluation on every point. More specifically, the surveyed customers praised “competence and solution orientation” as well as “coverage” and “results” of regular trainings and workshops. Moreover, implementation of change requests and data coverage were found to be very satisfactory. Overall, more than 70% of the respondents gave customizing the grade 2.

The support made an impression as always through its technical and professional expertise. Furthermore, characteristics such as short processing time, good solution approaches and “the support team’s commitment” were evaluated very well. Overall, support received grades of 1 and 2 by 70% of the surveyed customers.
