Wilshire promotes top talent, announcing Kris Kelleher and Rob Noe as Managing Directors
Wilshire Associates (“Wilshire”), a leading global, independent investment consulting and services firm, today announced the appointment of two company executives, Kristofer Kelleher and Robert Noe, to the position of managing director. Kelleher will serve as managing director with Wilshire Consulting and Noe will serve as managing director with Wilshire Funds Management.

Kris Kelleher is responsible for marketing strategy and business development for Wilshire Consulting, supporting the firm’s existing and prospective client base of large institutional asset owners. Tasked with oversight of the sales and marketing teams, Kris is spearheading efforts to significantly expand the Wilshire OCIO Solutions practice, which has experienced substantial growth in recent years. Wilshire OCIO Solutions is a stated priority for the firm, and in his new role he will continue to broaden Wilshire’s client offering in this space. Kris joined Wilshire in 2012 and brings 20 years of business development experience in the financial services industry.
Rob Noe oversees Wilshire’s Manager Research Group and leads the overall team responsible for the due diligence, rating, and recommendation of investment managers supporting both Wilshire Funds Management and Wilshire Consulting. In his role, he upholds Wilshire’s commitment to offering clients extensive, in-depth manager research services that utilize institutional asset allocation and risk management best practices. Rob joined Wilshire in 2011 and brings more than 19 years of industry experience to the firm and its broad client base of institutions, intermediaries, and individual investors.
