Expands integration options for enhanced in-branch assisted customer service
TellerInfinity, Glory’s assisted service solution, enables a wide range of physical media and client assistance services previously only possible through a human teller. When deployed with Auriga’s WinWebserver (WWS) software suite, TellerInfinity provides new in-branch service opportunities for financial institutions, by linking on-line and mobile banking plus on-site digital marketing and queue management systems, across their branch network.
Auriga has been at the forefront of delivering advanced omni-channel banking solutions for more than 25 years. Its proven WWS software enables banks to improve their efficiency and deliver a better, consistent and personalised customer experience across delivery channels. Most important in branch transformation efforts, WWS helps financial institutions to achieve a shorter time to market for promoting new customer services. Implementing new branch assisted- or self-service capabilities is typically complex and legacy systems are often difficult to change. WWS resolves this by being highly modular and easily integrated with existing legacy systems without disruption to existing services:
- The core WWS architecture facilitates rapid delivery of new services and integration across multiple channels, while protecting the bank’s investment in business services from any changes in hardware
- WWS can be deployed for new customer service points, such as that delivered by TellerInfinity, but can also manage legacy self-service and branch devices from the same platform.
- WWS is a multi-vendor software solution that is completely hardware vendor independent, supporting the widest possible range of third party ATMs, assisted service solutions and similar hardware used by banks and financial institutions worldwide
When partnered with Auriga and WWS, Glory’s TellerInfinity solution supports many different customer services, including cash withdrawal, cash deposit, note/coin recycling and cheque deposit, as well as account transfers, loan or bill payment, statement review and printing, and many other customer services. A key feature of WWS provides connectivity to roving bank staff equipped with tablets, to notify them of the need for customer support when required.
In the hyper-competitive environment of banking, changes in branch footfall are causing banks to re-assess the role of the branch. Banks are restructuring branches to deliver excellent customer service in a more cost-effective way, while releasing staff to provide consultation and support to customers seeking financial advice. Future service innovations are possible through seamless integration of assisted service in the branch with a financial institution’s overall omni-channel banking strategy.
TellerInfinity has been selected by banks around the world as a practical and comprehensive solution for efficient service delivery, merging many of the transactions performed by traditional tellers and self-service ATM’s into one device, while retaining personal interaction options with staff members as and when required. Bank branches can manage customer engagement and fulfil all types of customer needs more quickly and efficiently, with very high levels of customer engagement.
Mike Bielamowicz, EVP Global Solutions at Glory welcomed the announcement and explained its importance saying, “At Glory we recognise how important it is to work with our customers to deliver the comprehensive solutions they need. It is essential that we demonstrate the flexibility to respond to varying requirements and today’s announcement is a further example of this. It’s about giving our customers choice. While we offer our own suite of software solutions, we recognize that Auriga is a global leader in providing multi-vendor self-service and assisted service applications, and as such we are delighted to be working with them. In addition to supporting our products, Auriga’s WWS allows us to work with customers who are looking to improve branch service delivery with a single solution for their branches, ATM’s, and even mobile banking.”
Vincenzo Fiore, Chief Executive Officer of Auriga said “As part of Auriga’s omni-channel approach we are focussed on the evolving but essential role of the branch in delivering enhanced customer service. Assisted self-service solutions form an important element of branch transformation strategies going forward. We believe it is important to work with all hardware vendors to ensure retail banks can realise the very best possible self-service solutions for serving their customers. In a further development of making the WWS the vendor independent self-service banking software solution of choice, Auriga is delighted to have certified Glory’s TellerInfinity, and together we will help deliver a personalised in-branch experience for an even greater number of institutions.”
