Free round table event offers public sector organisations exclusive access to leading industry expert to explore how digital can ease burden of public sector cut backs
Martin Hill-Wilson, global authority on social customer service and the founder of Brainfood Consulting, is leading a customer service event hosted by Agilisys, digital technology specialist, to share his expertise with industry leaders in the public sector.
The event ‘Customer Service for Public Services in a Digital Age’ will take place at Agilisys’ head office in West London on the 16th of November.
As a leading technology provider to the public sector, Agilisys has been helping councils improve access to public services for over 15 years, benefiting millions of citizens along the way.
Drawing on its significant expertise in digital customer service, Agilisys will examine how customer demand for services is managed, the current use of digital channels, as well as overall customer experience.
Attendees will also benefit from Hill-Wilson’s first-hand experience of digital transformation within the customer service sphere as he discusses the impact of technological trends on the public sector.
Ashley Bryant, Director of Customer Service at Agilisys, said: “We are delighted that Martin can join us for this round table, bringing with him his unique insight and expertise. This will be a fantastic opportunity for attendees to understand more about how they can improve their customer satisfaction by making it easier for citizens to access services via a range of channels most appropriate to their needs.”
Martin Hill-Wilson, who has been working in customer service for twenty years, said: “The speed at which UK consumers have adopted social, mobile and digital lifestyles has left all sectors in a permanent state of catch up. The public sector can greatly benefit from exploring new and innovative ways to engage its customers through the power of technology. The event will be a great opportunity to discuss ways in which the transition can be simplified and to examine how an organisation’s mentality can be reshaped to create a culture that maximises digital to its full potential.”
