Demica, the specialist provider of working capital solutions and financing partner to multinational companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of François Terrade as Head of Structuring, effective immediately. François will be responsible for creating innovative financing solutions to secure optimum advance rates and the lowest cost of funds for Demica’s corporate clients by combining the best of traditional bank securitization techniques with funding alternatives for non-bank investors. François is based in London.

François was previously Managing Director, Cross Border Receivables Finance, GE Capital International and Head of Structured Finance, GE Capital France. At GE Capital, François led the large value and cross-border receivables transaction teams within Europe and led the creation of pan-European factoring transactions. François joined GE Capital in 2005 as Head of Capital Markets and Large Corporates. Prior to that, he was at Société Générale, most recently as a Director of Debt Capital Markets – Securitization, responsible for arranging securitization programmes for European, American and Asian corporates.
