Crown Agents Bank Upgrades Front and Back Office Operations with SunGard

Crown Agents Bank, which specializes in providing financial services to central banks, governments, NGOs and the private sector, has upgraded its legacy infrastructure using SunGard’s solutions.

The bank implemented SunGard’s Ambit Core Banking and AmbitMyMoney solutions to modernize its aging systems architecture for improved operational efficiency and reduced costs across the front and back office. SunGard’s core banking platform helps the bank consolidate its operations and systems to reduce maintenance and support costs.

In addition to supporting its core operations, the bank’s trade finance operations are also now run from the Ambit platform. This has enabled the bank to automate and deliver a single customer view of these operations and offer Web-based, front-end capabilities in this area. Ambit MyMoney has enabled the bank to enhance the client experience across web channels and will help the bank broaden its product range and time to market across its customer base.
