Aia Software, producer of the ITP Document Platform, is one of the strong performers in “The Forrester Wave™: Document Output For Customer Communications Management, Q1 2014” (DOCCM) report. Aia Software is one of only eleven vendors meeting Forrester Research’s Wave inclusion criteria.
Paul Dirven, co-CEO at Aia Software: “We are delighted that in this new Forrester research we are rated as a Strong Performer, receiving our top scores in the evaluation for ‘product strategy’, ‘business empowerment and template management’ and ‘workflow, implementation and reporting’. We feel it shows that Aia is recognized as a mature and dominant player in the DOCCM field.“
The Forrester Research recognizes the customer focus of Aia Software stating that: “references cited the strong overall support, cost-effectiveness, and responsiveness of Aia. The product has good version control, combined browser, and thick client iWorker support.”
Jeroen Huinink, CTO: “Forrester has stated in the January 2014 wave that customer correspondence is a top target for many of the providers. The fast growing “interactive” DOCCM segment provides a rapid return on investment. With ITP a worker can retrieve a document, enter data, or make selections that alter and personalize the output on any platform. As Aia Software we have worked very hard on our mobile strategy and are very pleased that these efforts have paid off. As Forrester states in the report: ‘Mobile is a strong point of Aia Software with support of HTML5 and 60% of core CCM functions… available from a mobile device’.
Paul Dirven: “Our main strategy at this moment is becoming the leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM) in Europe and being recognized as a Strong Performer confirms, for us, these ambitions. With ITP we leverage other business applications like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint to extract metadata to establish the customer communication profile.”
