Deutsche Bank is undergoing further internal upheaval with a reshuffle set to take place with the senior management of its corporate finance division.
Two new co-heads of the business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa have been named, with Karl-Georg Altenburg and Miles Millard taking on the new roles.
Mr Millard will assume his new position alongside his existing responsibilities as global head of capital markets and treasury solutions, with the pair reporting to Rob Rankin, the co-head of corporate banking and securities and head of corporate finance.
Mr Rankin said in a statement: “Karl brings with him a long standing career in corporate and investment banking with a deep understanding of the German corporate finance landscape. Miles has robust relationships with many of our key clients and an exceptional history leading major deals."
The pair will replace Henrik Aslaksen in the position, as he will be turning his attention solely towards his role as global head of M&A at the bank.
