HedgeGuard, a leading hedge fund, family office and asset management technology provider, has today opened its Dublin office, following a successful London launch in January. HedgeGuard is headquartered in Paris.
The Dublin office, located in the well-known Silicon Docks area, is in the centre of a technology hotspot. It will be headed up by Loïc Baumann, HedgeGuard’s Chief Technical Officer, who is relocating to Dublin from Paris. Loïc has a strong background in Financial Technology and is a Software Architect and a Microsoft Development Technologies specialist having received an MVP award earlier in his career with Microsoft.
Imad Warde, CEO and founder of HedgeGuard commented, “Ireland, and especially Dublin’s Silicon docks, is a natural next destination in our expansion, with its world-leading technology industry plus its great academic institutions providing us with an incredible talent pool of well-educated young people.”
Loïc Baumann, CTO and head of the Dublin office said, “I am delighted to be spearheading the establishment of an office in Dublin. It has great potential both in terms of clients, who are increasingly basing themselves in the Irish market, and the team we can build to support our industry-leading client service and ground-breaking technology.”
Already a leader in the French market, HedgeGuard’s software is exceptionally user-friendly. It has adapted to increased volatility and regulation on behalf of its existing clients, with the reporting, risk and compliance modules that managers need.
Designed by hedge fund managers for hedge fund managers, HedgeGuard’s technology has a simple fee structure based on number of users and offers free implementation for start-ups. It is all-inclusive and extremely cost-effective for hedge funds, asset managers and family offices, with the advantage of easy scaling up or down according to a client’s immediate needs.
