Syntel has moved up seven places over the 2012 rankings to #31.
Syntel was named to IAOP's annual list of the world's best outsourcing service providers for the seventh consecutive year and was included on several sub-lists that recognize providers for their specialization in particular industry and service segments.
The Company has been named among the top 20 providers serving the Financial Services (Banking, Markets and Insurance) and Healthcare industries. Syntel was also one of the top 20 companies providing Transaction Processing Services and was recognized as one of the "Best 20 Leaders in UK" and "Best 20 Leaders in Western Europe."
The IAOP judging panel takes into account an organization's size and growth, customer references, competencies and management capabilities. Syntel was selected based on its overall capabilities, as well as excellence in a number of areas, such as an ongoing commitment to community involvement, fair operating and labor practices, attention to environmental impact, consumer issues and good governance.
