Manex Treasury Systems under new ownership

London - 22 July 2013

With effect from 17th July 2013 Manex Treasury Systems Limited is under new ownership.

Alan Holliday and Alan Francis, the directors of Manex Treasury Systems, who have developed the Parity Treasury Management System over the course of the last twenty years, have decided to retire and have sold the company to a new team.

The new team is Nick Eaton and Simon Edmunds, both of whom have been involved in programming and supporting Parity at various times over the past fifteen years and have been working with Manex for several months to ensure a smooth changeover. Both Nick and Simon have considerable experience in developing and supporting financial software systems and they have ambitious future plans for the Parity Treasury Management System.

Messrs Holliday and Francis will continue to provide their expertise as needed from a consultancy perspective. They consider that it has been a pleasure and a privilege to work with the Parity users over the years, but the time has come to hand the business on to the next generation.

Manex will continue to operate from the same offices in Spitalfields, London E1.
