Leadership of key team members recognized
Viewpointe®, a leading provider of cloud-based information governance and exchange solutions and services, today announced the promotions of three senior executives. Berk Mesta, William (Bill) Shute and Reed Irvin, formerly vice presidents, have been promoted to senior vice president positions within their respective areas.

The three executives have a combined total of more than 50 years of industry experience.
Berk Mesta, senior vice president, sales, leads all go-to-market strategies and business development efforts across the company’s offerings – from information governance to payments – drawing on his vast experience in financial technologies within banking, insurance and the capital markets. Mesta’s prior experience includes serving as a senior vice president at a merchant bank and senior leadership roles at market-leading technology companies.
Bill Shute, senior vice president, product, leads the overall direction and development of OnPointe®, the company’s information governance platform, as well as Viewpointe’s industry leading check archive and its clearing and settlement services. Shute is a veteran executive of product and program management, having held multiple senior management positions focused on the delivery and growth of cloud-enabled services in the financial services industry as well as in the public sector.
Reed Irvin, senior vice president, corporate strategy, is leveraging his wide-ranging industry experience in records management and information governance by combining the practical elements of business execution with strategic consistency to drive Viewpointe’s corporate vision and long-term success. Irvin’s career – from startups to multinationals – and deep industry participation includes an active membership in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), and a co-chairmanship of the Information Governance Reference Model (IGRM).
