Deutsche Bank has added a financial supply chain manager tool to its Autobahn app market. The multicurrency and multilingual app is intended to help its corporate clients access receivables finance and supplier finance solutions via one central technology access point.
Deutsche Bank’s financial supply chain solutions aim to provide financing opportunities and value-added data services and tracking capabilities for all stages of the corporate supply chain. The aim is to assist corporate treasurers and others with working capital management and liquidity generation, to lower processing costs and increase supply chain transparency.
The bank’s financial supply chain manager product suite can be integrated with a client's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to facilitate electronic data transmission.
The Autobahn app market is an electronic client offering that gives a single access point to Deutsche Bank’s electronic products, services and research data, so a corporate can access transaction banking services, research, commentary and pricing, analytics and execution tools all from one place.
Commenting on the launch, Rick Striano, global head of product management for trade and the financial supply chain at Deutsche Bank, said: "By making our solutions accessible through Deutsche Bank's Autobahn app market, our clients will enjoy unprecedented ease of access and usability, not only to our account receivables and payables (A/P and A/R) finance solutions, but also to many other Deutsche Bank products and services.”
Since 2011, more than 165 of Deutsche Bank’s electronic services on Autobahn have been redesigned to make them easier to access online or via a smartphone. Each of the bank’s systems has now become an application within the Autobahn app market to increase its accessibility.
