Sage Pay announces omni-channel payment integration feature

European multi-channel payment processor Sage Pay has launched its new solution to solve reconciliation problems retailers have been facing.

Companies using Sage Pay's new omni-channel payment integration feature will be able to view reports for all transaction data in one portal. This includes exchanges made in-store, online and over the phone, giving retailers a single view of customer transactions, which will help them understand sales trends more.

The solution is already available to businesses of all sizes and combines the data from different payment options. All results can be viewed together or broken down by transaction type and can be exported directly from the online area to an Excel format to aid the reconciliation process further.

Chief executive officer at Sage Pay Simon Black said: "This solution is a big step towards bringing an enterprise omni-channel offering to small businesses and takes away some of the pain of reconciling payments across multiple sales channels."
