Bonaire Software Solutions, LLC, a leading provider of revenue management and business intelligence solutions to investment managers, mutual funds, wealth managers and capital markets firms, will participate in a discussion on transaction cost analysis (TCA) at the 2012 Buy-Side Technology North American Summit. The panel discussion, entitled, “Reviewing the Performance of Your Broker and Identifying the Best Methodology for Transaction Cost Analysis” will feature Chris John, CEO of Bonaire, as a panelist.
The seminar will cover how to negotiate better terms of execution with brokers, how to define a methodology for effective TCA to ensure maximum value and what to expect with the next generation of TCA.
“TCA is a major area of focus for capital markets right now. Firms are not only looking for a way to manage the increasingly complex and costly trade execution expense management process, but also searching for methods by which to optimize their various pricing agreements in order to achieve the best value,” comments John.
Following the recent announcement of Bonaire’s capital markets solution to automate trade execution expense calculations, vendor invoice reconciliation and cost allocations for capital markets firms, John will take a deeper look at the industry pain points that prompted Bonaire to develop the offering and the ever-growing importance of TCA in the trade process.
