The solution seamlessly integrates with a company’s existing SAP systems to process all vendor invoices and accounts payable transactions. It combines industry-leading tax rate and taxability content with the latest jurisdiction boundary information and sophisticated logic capable of supporting the most complex sourcing and tax calculation rules. For NPC, the Sales Tax Office solution performs a variety of sales and use tax functions, including:

  • Automated calculations of consumer use taxes – leveraging CCH exclusive research content covering use tax exemptions for restaurant equipment purchases;
  • Instant application of the latest state and local jurisdiction tax rates and taxability rules – leveraging CCH’s exclusive restaurant tax data associated with food, non-alcoholic beverages, beer, wine and mixed drinks;
  • Instant application and validation of the latest state and local jurisdiction tax rates – accurately calculating all point of service (POS) sales with daily data uploads; and
  • Detailed comprehensive tax liability reports to streamline month-end compliance process.

CorpSystem also offers Sales Tax Office integrations for Oracle® E-Business Suite as well as Microsoft Dynamics® AX, GP and NAV systems.
