RiskBusiness International Limited, the leading international operational and enterprise risk advisory firm, announced today that it has expanded its global footprint by incorporating ACMEConsultora, a risk management advisory firm delivering business advisory services in all the Latin American region, into its global structure. ACMEConsultora will form the basis for the establishment of a new division, RiskBusiness Latin America, to address this growing and promising market.
RiskBusiness Latin America will provide risk advisory and education services and distribute related information, tools and content throughout the whole Latin American Region. Headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Alfredo B. Roisenzvit, CEO of ACMEConsultora, will become Executive Director of RiskBusiness Latin America.
Commenting on the new structure, Alfredo B. Roisenzvit said: “It is both a great challenge and an utmost honor to become part of a global leading organization, such as RiskBusiness. Our goal is to keep expanding the provision of risk content, IT solutions and consulting services to the entire Latin American region, completing the global reach of RiskBusiness. The risk content, toolset and the human capital, supported by the RiskBusiness brand are the perfect ingredients for the development of a very successful business. Our client base in the region and our drive and experience, combined with all of the RiskBusiness assets, put us in a great position to achieve our goals in supporting the whole region with the quality of content and services that are the known standard of RiskBusiness.
“While we have slowly been growing a client base in Latin America,” added Mike Finlay, Chief Executive of RiskBusiness International, “we have never had the necessary infrastructure and resource in the region to address the needs and requirements of the local markets, in the manner in which we do in other regions. I am also very excited to have Alfredo as part of our senior team and look forward to working with him across the region. RiskBusiness has already committed to extending the existing Spanish and Portuguese language capabilities of all our service offerings to ensure that our clients have access to our award winning content, information services, tools and advisory capability”.
RiskBusiness will now provide services to its clients through three operating divisions: RiskBusiness Latin America, based out of Buenos Aires and focussed on Latin America, managed by Alfredo B. Roisenzvit; RiskBusiness Americas, based out of New York and focused on North America, managed by Peter Fiorillo; and RiskBusiness International, based out of London and focussed on Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, managed by Mike Finlay.
