Sagicor Insurance Company releases FireLight® 2.0 to their distribution partners for support of their tablet technology sales processes.

Insurance Technologies, LLC, a provider of sales automation solutions for the financial services industry, announced today the successful implementation of FireLight® 2.0, an electronic application and management solution, for Sagicor Insurance Company (Sagicor). The upgrade to FireLight 2.0 provides Sagicor the tablet technology support that coincides with their mobile business processing strategies along with a new user interface to make completing and submitting forms quick and familiar.

Combining the mobile illustration power of Insurance Technologies ForeSight™ 5.3 for their multiple life products including whole life, universal life and term life products, with the mobile electronic application processing strengths of FireLight 2.0, Sagicor has created a mobile end-to-end straight-through processing solution for their distribution partners. By implementing FireLight 2.0, Sagicor is able to submit complete and in good order applications to Sagicor's home office for issuance, anytime and anywhere no matter the mobile device. With the built-in e-signature features, Sagicor distribution partners are empowered to capture and close business instantly on tablet devices, enhancing the sales process for the client while reducing operational cost and issuance expense for the home office.

FireLight 2.0 also provides Sagicor distribution partners a new user interface with automatic data population from the ForeSight platform into the application forms, creating an enhanced user experience. FireLight 2.0 provides Sagicor system flexibility to continue adding more products, allowing Sagicor to be in control of their technology investment and provide straight-through-processing capabilities for all lines of business from a single platform.
