South Florida Bank Leverages VSoft Options for Remote Deposit Capture, Check Processing Functionality to Improve Service, Broaden Footprint

Terrabank chose VSoft for its solutions’ scalability, flexibility and capacity to grow with the bank. Outsourcing the technologies to VServe ensures quality transaction handling across the entire item processing workflow with minimal in-house demands. Terrabank’s customers, particularly small business and retail customers, will enjoy increased convenience by taking advantage of VSoft’s remote deposit capture solutions which provide the ability to capture check images from any location and send them directly to the bank. The bank’s customers will also receive e-statements with check images through home banking.
Within Terrabank’s branches, VSoft’s back counter capture solution will capture high volume deposits behind the teller line, correcting and balancing transactions at the branch to reduce internal costs and minimize errors. Terrabank will also leverage VSoft’s solutions for inclearings, returns and automatic signature verification. VSoft’s image workflow will boost the bank’s efficiency and productivity.
