The Agreement is a result of successful 10-year collaboration between the two companies. The new level of collaboration will assist Diasoftâs plans to further develop its banking solutions with the use of such IBM technologies as WebSphere and DB2. IBM will provide Diasoft with its technological expertise and support Diasoftâs efforts in optimization and implementation of its business solutions. The companies will also collaborate on joint marketing and promotion.
