In 2009, BI-SAM has considerably expanded its global activities with new clients implementing its B-One product worldwide. Consequently, new strategic organisational changes have been defined to help our clients to face their global challenges.
Both Professional Services and Support departments will be covering all regions, structured around the following territories: UK & Northern Europe, France & Southern Europe, North America and Asia-Pac. This new organisation and operating model ensures more lexibility and a better client service, with consultants operating globally and a 24*7 hours support infrastructure.
Professional Services UK & Northern Europe will be headed from London by Bee Patel, who has been working for BI-SAM since 2008. Jacques Didier, who has recently joined the company, will lead Professional Services in France & Southern Europe and will be based in
Paris. In their new roles, both of them will be supported by local BI-SAM Consultancy teams.
From a US and Asia perspective, BI-SAM has appointed 2 Senior Consultants to support global and local implementations, one in New-York under the supervision of Christophe Volard, and another one in Hong Kong reporting to Matthew Baldwin. A global Support infrastructure is managed from the Paris office and headed by Florian Laruelle, who has been working for BI-SAM for 3 years. Support team members will be located in Paris, London, Hong Kong and New-York in order to ensure global assistance to clients.
