The âLion of the Exportâ is a prestigious annual prize, lauding Flemish companies that combine impressive export achievements with a durable and socially-involved strategy. FinArch is one of only six companies nominated for this highly regarded prize, for the fourth time now, a unique achievement in the history of the award. The company has been selected again as it remains among the leading Flemish exporting companies with, year after year, proven excellent positive export numbers, even during times of crisis.
The company adheres to a focused and durable recruitment and retention policy. Through its internal learning and development centre, the FinArch Academy, and through long term partnerships with Flemish universities, FinArch invests in its staff. In line with its employeesâ career goals, it stimulates development and empowers them to excel at what they do best. This in its turn contributes to excellent business results.
The international software company has been granted a further nomination: it has been appointed âSupergazelleâ, a new contest established by the Belgian business magazine Trends to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its âTrends Gazellenâ contest. As a âSupergazelleâ, FinArch successfully demonstrated a constant growth in turnover, employment and cash flow over at least the five preceding years.
Dirk De Beule, CEO at FinArch, states: âWe are obviously very honoured with both nominations. It is the fourth time now that we are in the running for the âLion of the Exportâ. Together with the appointment of âSupergazelleâ, these are strong endorsements of and for the entire company. Our success is a direct result of our excellent staff who are all experts in their field, all incredibly focused and customer-oriented. We have become world-class, through organic growth alone, serving customers close by, in Europe, but also further away, from the Middle East, over Canada, to Indonesia and Australia.â De Beule adds: âThe nominations are important acknowledgements of our vision, our strategy and our people. They are premier measures of our performance, and as such they reinforce our ambition to continue this growth and become an even more significant international player.â
