ITP will be integrated into IT-Freedomâs ICE Claimsâ¢; a fully web-enabled Claims Management solution comprising claims servicing and case management to give âone view of the claimâ. The combined solution will allow claims managers to automatically generate documents and correspondence based on client and policy information in ICE Claims, representing considerable benefits in terms of efficiency and cost savings.
The Claims Management process will be assisted by the further automation and fast generation of documentation related to the claim. Within the ICE Claims environment, ITP in a browser-based dialogue will prompt the claim manager for missing data, after which the necessary documents will be automatically generated.
Documents generated by ITP include job assignments to repair companies, requests for information from the policy holder and claims benefits specifications. Once automatically generated in digital format like PDF, policy holders can view their claim documents directly and follow the status of a claim via the ICE Claims web portal.
Paul Dirven, CEO of Aia Software, âWe are delighted that IT-Freedom has chosen ITP for itâs print management module. We have already integrated ITP with their ICE Claims solution and implemented for a leading insurer. To have an adopter of our solution so early on proves the demand and the acceptance of the solution from the insurance industry. Considering the fact that the claims function accounts for 75 to 90 percent of the total administrative costs in insurance and ICE Claims directly addresses these cost savings, we anticipate further successful implementations with IT-Freedom.â
âWe are delighted to have ITP as our chosen print management solution. We believe it will further enhance ICE Claims and provide greater efficiencies and cost savings to the insurance industry,â says Mick Sargeant, Managing Director of IT-Freedom.
