New Star Institutional Managers Ltd Deploys SatuitCRM

Satuit Technologies today announced that U.K.-based New Star Institutional Managers Limited has selected SatuitCRM as its customer relationship management solution. SatuitCRM is the first enterprise CRM system for the firm, which specializes in fund management for institutional investors. SatuitCRM is the only CRM solution that is designed specifically to meet the needs of investment and financial services companies.

Prior to implementing SatuitCRM, New Star’s institutional team faced many challenges that growing companies have to deal with, including managing a contact database. The firm has a very diversified business base and had identified a need to consolidate data in a single central location. Key for New Star was a CRM solution that provided client reporting assistance, centralized records management, the ability to see if anyone else has a relationship with a single contact, and the capability to store emails and any other correspondence and communication in a single shared space.
