BPS Appoints Allan Cuttle Managing Director, Sales & Business Development

New York, NY - 1 July 2008

BPS, Inc., a leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software solutions and advisory services, today announced the appointment of Allan E. J. Cuttle as Managing Director of Sales and Business Development, reporting to Lloyd Hardin, Executive Vice President of Sales.

Allan brings to BPS over 20 years of practical experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management (ORM), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance. Prior to joining BPS, Allan was a Managing Director in PWC's Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Advisory Practice.

Prior to PWC, Allan was a founding partner of Operational Risk Enterprise, Inc. (ORE), where he designed and implemented integrated GRC solutions for global financial institutions. Before ORE, Allan was the Deputy Chief Operational Risk Officer for Deutsche Bank. Earlier in his career, Allan served as Head of ORM in the Private Client Asset Management Division for Deutsche Bank. Prior to that role, Allan supervised ORM for the Global Private Bank within Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust where he was responsible for the AML, Know-Your-Client, Anti-Fraud and Business Continuity Planning programs.

Allan is a frequent speaker, author and trainer on the subjects of Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management, and GRC frameworks. He has authored numerous pieces on the subject of operational risk management and implementing technology to enable, scale, and sustain GRC frameworks.
