Document Sciences Corporation (NASDAQ: DOCX) today announced that its Beijing development center has achieved CMMI Level 5 certification, the highest level in the quality standard. Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) focuses on improving process quality in software and service development and delivery. Document Sciences leads the market in providing customer communications management solutions for personalizing contracts, policies, statements, correspondence and other critical client communications. Quality is a critical component of customer communications management.
