on customer-centric pricing strategies in global cash management market
Raghav Sahgal, president of global field operations at SunTec, leading vendor for customer-centric billing software, will address industry executives at Asian Banker Summit 2007 later this month. Offering ways to build a competitive advantage in global cash management, Sahgal leverages more than 20 years of industry expertise and work with dynamic billing solutions.
The Asian Banker Summit takes place in Indonesia, gathering decision makers in the financial services industry from throughout the Asia-Pacific region. More than 600 delegates, including about 50 CEOs and chairmen of banks are expected to attend.
âBanks today are facing many challenges in a highly commoditized, global market,â said Sahgal. âA differential pricing strategy that focuses on the individual customerâs specific needs turns these challenges into opportunity, improving customer retention and providing a largely untapped competitive differentiator,â Sahgal added.
A recent strategic hire for SunTec, Sahgal spearheads SunTecâs business and organizational strategy with many years of experience forging small companies into powerful billing vendors worldwide.
Sahgal specifically will participate in the âInterBank Conference on Cash, Trade and Treasuryâ segment of the overall event to take place on March 27, 2007, from 9.45am â 10.30am. The session will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Gordian Gaeta, international resource director, âThe Asian Bankerâ.
