Sahgal will be responsible for global field operations comprising sales, marketing, alliances and partners, as well as pre-sales functions. He will also spearhead business and organizational strategy for the company’s telecom and financial services domains.

Prior to joining SunTec, Sahgal served as Comverse’s Chief Business Officer, Global Billing Sales and Field Operations. Sahgal brings more than 20 years of information technology experience, including a decade selling billing solutions at Kenan Systems to make its solution the number one billing system in the Asia Pacific region. Kenan subsequently became part of Comverse.

Sahgal has completed the Executive General Management Program at Harvard Business School, holds a Masters Degree in Computer Systems Management from University of Maryland and a Bachelors in Computer Engineering from Tulane University, USA. He will be based out of SunTec’s Singapore office.
