Digital Movers announced today the results of a recently completed customer satisfaction survey. The company employed Open Ratings, a Dun & Bradstreet company, to perform a Past Performance Evaluation. Open Ratings conducts this independent audit of customer references and leverages its technology to calculate a rating based on statistical analysis of various performance data and survey responses. The resulting reported scores reflect an overall performance rating, as well as a relative score to peer companies in the same Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code.
The results of the survey show that out of a range of 1 to 100 (with 100 being the highest) Digital Movers earned an overall score of 94. A sample of current and past customers rated Digital Movers on a variety of categories including: Reliability (How reliable does the company follow through on commitments), Cost (How closely did final costs correspond to expectations), Order Accuracy (How well the service matched order specifications), Quality (Satisfaction with quality of service), Business Relations (Ease of doing business), Personnel (Satisfaction with attitude and professionalism of staff), Customer Support (Satisfaction with customer support) and Responsiveness (Responsiveness to information requests and issues).
"We are pleased to have independent confirmation from our customers that we continue to provide world class solutions and customer service," said Ken Konikowski, president, Digital Movers. "The key to our current and future growth lies in our ability to provide our customers with the confidence to depend upon Digital Movers for the mission critical processing of their electronic transactions.
