NEW YORK - 27 February 2007

SimCorp A/S reported its fourth quarter and annual results today in a filing of its annual report. The 2006 results mark a record EUR 134m in revenue, an increase of 31 percent compared with 2005. The company posted an EBIT of EUR 35.5M, an improvement of more than 63 percent on the 2005-figure, and an EBIT margin of 26.5 percent.

The company’s key account wins in the fourth quarter included Ethias Insurance of Belgium, Tapiola Asset Management of Finland and Sparkassen Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft of Austria.

In New York, SimCorp USA announced the completion of the move of its U.S. headquarters to new and expanded facilities in lower Manhattan reflecting a significant increase in the company’s US activities. In 2006, SimCorp USA enjoyed its strongest results since entering the U.S. market in 2001 signing contracts with Nuveen Investments and Janus Capital.

“Our new offices are more than twice the size of our previous location,” said Peter Soerensen, president, SimCorp USA. “We doubled in size last year and we expect to continue growing in the time to come.”
