New York/London – 27 April 2007

Dealogic, the leading supplier of relationship and transaction management software and information systems for the investment banking industry, today announced that it has appointed Rich Mitterando as Director of Product Management for Debt Capital Markets solutions. Rich will be responsible for implementing and managing a range of innovative products to increase Dealogic's market share in the debt capital markets.

During the last seventeen years, Rich has successfully consulted, managed operations and projects, and developed products for various financial services companies. Most recently Rich spent three years as Product Manager within the Investment Services division of Standard & Poor’s, where he launched and managed a web-based portal that integrated research, managed portfolios, and advisory tools, thus enabling broker/dealers to grow and manage their client’s assets. Prior to this, Rich spent eight years at UBS Financial Services in various product and project management roles.

Stephen Butcher, managing director of Dealogic’s IBRM division commented “Rich has many years experience in the financial markets and product management. We have some exciting plans over the coming months and Rich will prove to be a real asset in realizing our ambitions.”

Rich Mitterando added, “Dealogic is expanding in the debt marketplace and I am very excited to be joining such a dynamic and creative team. I am really looking forward to playing a leading role in the evolution of the next generation of Dealogic’s debt software solutions and to help open up new opportunities outside of Dealogic’s core markets.”
