Rhyme Systems, a leading provider of asset management solutions, today announces it has won the award for Superior Customer Service at the Systems in the City awards evening, held at The House of Lords last week in front of over 200 Investment Banks, Fund Managers and Stockbrokers.
The award for customer services recognises the initiatives implemented by Rhyme Systems a number of years ago to move away from the traditional software company model and adopt a partnership approach to existing clients and prospects. This model is based on a consultancy philosophy, working with institutions to deliver innovation and unique solutions to complex business issues.
This approach has been at the core of Rhymeâs success in recent years and is reflected by the firmâs year-on-year growth and industry recognition.
Bob Whigham, Director, Rhyme Systems, says, âWe are delighted to win this prestigious award. Our thanks to both the clients who nominated us and our team here at Rhyme Systems, who work together and share the same approach to delivering consultancy and superior services for clients.
âFor a number of years, our philosophy at Rhyme has been to focus on innovation, understanding our clientâs business and working as consultants, rather than traditional software and systems providers. We feel this award recognises the success of this approach.â
The prestigious Securities Industry Awards began in 1999 and is now recognised as Londonâs main event highlighting the leading companies and individuals who provide services to the Securities Industry.
