25 September 2006

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: ADP) subsidiary ADP Wilco has announced three senior appointments across its Asia Pacific operations.

Ashley Choy has been appointed as Managing Director for Asia Pacific, reporting to Elizabeth Lake, CEO, ADP Wilco. Choy is based in the Hong Kong office where he has been Head of Operations since 2003. He joined ADP Wilco in 1991 and has been extensively involved in the development of the Gloss international securities platform, as well as a Japanese version of the product. Having worked in senior management positions in Asia Pacific since 1998, Choy has gained a thorough knowledge of the region in terms of market requirements and product capabilities.

Working closely with Choy in Hong Kong, David Wormald has been appointed as Head of Business Development for Asia Pacific and Head of Operations for Hong Kong. He will focus on regional expansion, the introduction of new services, new opportunities through existing products and addressing new regulatory requirements. Wormald has been Head of Operations for ADP Wilco in Australia since 2003, after joining the company in 1996 in the US. He has held various senior roles within the industry, including HSBC Capital Markets, prior to ADP Wilco.

Fraser Moodie replaces Wormald as Head of Operations for Australia.
Previously, as Head of Technical Development in Sydney, Moodie has gained substantial knowledge of the Australian market as well as the product set for the region. He joined ADP Wilco in London in 1994, and was involved in a number of Gloss implementations in the UK and the US, before moving to the Sydney office in 2000.

”Asia Pacific is a region of strategic importance in the financial services sector, and through this new structure we are well positioned to service the growing requirements across the region”, said Elizabeth Lake, CEO, ADP Wilco.
