London - 18 September 2006

SmartStream Technologies the market leading provider of Transaction Lifecycle Management solutions will be announcing local language versions of Corona and TLM Corona for China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan at this year’s Sibos conference. The first of the four versions to be delivered will be Corona in Chinese which will be on show at Sibos, Stand C12, from October 9–13th in Sydney.

The company, which leads the global Reconciliations market with 38% market share and more than 1,000 clients, has developed the Reconciliations & Exception Management solutions to enable banks across Asia Pacific to benefit from localised versions of this world class packaged application.
Stefan Wawrzyniak, Regional Director, SmartStream Asia Pacific, explains, “As the Asian market continues to grow for SmartStream and as it copes with increased regulatory pressures we know Corona will enable local firms to address compliance requirements and deliver greater operational control and risk management.”

Firms that have historically relied on manual processes or expensive in-house solutions can now harness the world’s most widely used Reconciliations platform. Using SmartStream’s Corona and the latest thin client version TLM Corona, firms will be able to automate loading and matching of items from internal and external feeds, as well as manage exceptions and provide reporting.
