London - 4 October 2006

Gresham Computing plc today announced the launch of its real-time financial solutions suite - Clareti. The suite of best of breed real time information solutions for financial institutions and corporations includes four new offerings which Gresham will be showcasing at Sibos 2006, the leading financial forum organised by SWIFT.

The Clareti suite incorporates all of Gresham's existing payments, payables, cash reporting, and lending solutions, including the Cable & Wireless Real Time Nostro Service ('RTN') that it took over the management, marketing and sales for in April 2006. RTN has been rebranded and will be known from today as the Clareti Cash Reporting Service, which aligns it with the SWIFTNet XML standards.

"Built on more than 35 years of experience our Clareti suite of solutions makes us a world class player in the financial solutions market place," said Andrew Walton-Green, CEO at Gresham Computing plc. "We help some of the largest banks in the world make better treasury management decisions based on our real-time financial solutions which lower risk, improve customer service and enable our customers to comply with both regulation and best practice in a cost effective manner. In essence, it's about delivering the right information to the right place at the right time."

"Our solution-based approach helps customers to consolidate and view data more quickly to better understand their transactions, their customers and their businesses. The Clareti suite delivers solutions for bank to bank, bank to corporate and corporate to corporate. Customers benefit from best-of-breed products, value-added consulting and world-class support services."

Gresham is displaying its new look on its website from today, and at Sibos 2006 (9-13 October) in Sydney, Australia, on stand L05, where it will be showcasing the Clareti suite
