The Relegence Corporation, the leading real-time search and news engine for the global financial services industry, today announced the addition of Rachel Harrison, account manager, EMEA sales. The hire follows the companyâs recent European expansion and growing pipeline, which created the need for an additional salesperson. As an account manager for EMEA, Harrison is responsible for growing and maintaining Relegenceâs customer base across the region.
Harrison comes to Relegence from Thomson Financial (IFR Markets) where she held the position of account manager. She has also held positions in continental Europe, both in France with Renault and in Germany at Intra-Log GmbH. In her new role she will report to Joanna Parr, vice president, EMEA sales.
Joanna Parr, vice president, EMEA sales at Relegence, states, âSince Relegenceâs expansion into London in January, the companyâs growth has been tremendous. Rachelâs successful international sales background proves she is well poised to contribute to continued expansion in EMEA.â
Bob Grant, senior vice president, sales and marketing, adds, âAs our client base grows, Relegence is committed to supporting that growth with the addition of new staff. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide our clients with superior service; the appointment of Rachel Harrison to account manager further illustrates that commitment.â
