Making this set of comprehensive data available on Bloomberg, one of the industryâs most familiar and widely deployed platforms, is part of Standard & Poorâs ongoing efforts to deliver its trusted and respected content to its clients â fund managers, financial advisors, portfolio analysts, risk managers, trust officers and other financial services professionals â in the method they prefer. Bloomberg has more than 250,000 users worldwide.

Created in December 1998, the Standard & Poor's/Investortools Municipal Total Return Index enables users to monitor how municipal bonds in general sectors and subsectors are performing relative to comparable investments or sectors, allowing financial services professionals to benchmark and analyze portfolio and risk performance against subsets of the Main Municipal Bond Index. The Main Municipal Bond Index and sub-indices are now available via Bloomberg for all Bloomberg users.
