Logic Group appoints Robert Adams to head up new Insight Business Services

Insight services set to increase sales through greater customer understanding

8th February 2006 – Fleet, Hampshire. The Logic Group has appointed Robert Adams as Director of Insight Business Development. This new business unit has been created to help clients grow their businesses and improve competitiveness through the exploitation of customer information and transaction data. This is a natural extension to the Logic Group’s existing expertise, managing information and transactions securely for Europe’s largest financial services, hospitality and retail businesses.

Robert Adams brings 18 years of experience from the retail, financial services, market research and IT industries. Having worked for leading companies within the business intelligence and market analysis fields, he devised innovative solutions and market tracking services for the retail and hospitality sectors. He has also developed extensive knowledge of insight services and database marketing analysis.

Initial Insight services will focus on providing data analysis, market benchmarking and knowledge consultancy. These build upon The Logic Group’s heritage in managed loyalty programmes currently spanning over 25 million loyalty cards and 100 million transactions each year.
