ExactSoft Appoints New Vice-President of Business Development, Marketing, and Partnerships

Canada, Longueuil, Québec - 17 April 2006

Exactsoft Technologies, Inc., a supplier of world-class enterprise solutions such as UNIBANX, PowerFolio, and NewEdge ERP, and servicing corporations, investment industries, banks and governments, today announced the appointment of Anthony Paraskevas, to Vice-President of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships, a new position within the company.

Mr. Paraskevas will report directly to Mr. Yves Guertin, President & CEO of Exactsoft Technologies and be responsible for all business development initiatives within Exactsoft's UNIBANX investment and wealth management solutions, its distribution and relations with channel partners and resellers, driving strategic relationships, and designing and executing marketing plans.

He brings more than 12 years of software product marketing, and over 18 years of business development and strategic partnering experience to Exactsoft and will assist senior management in the development and execution of the company's Caribbean, North American and European marketing initiatives. This includes developing institutional and financial clients, creating new sales strategies, marketing communications, public relations, product and channel marketing, as well as competitive intelligence and industry research.

Prior to joining Exactsoft, Anthony was Vice-President, Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Alliances at ALCiE Integrated Solutions, responsible for the development of its business, marketing, partnerships, and web strategies. He also gained valuable experience in managerial positions for various companies specializing in the development and implementation of business software solutions, IT services, networking, and professional services, including: Systemcorp Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Software (now pasrt of IBM), NetX Software, Mi6 Marketing Intelligence; Air Canada-enRoute, American Express, and Bombardier-Canadair. Among his past clients and industry responsibilities have included banking and financial institutions, investment and mutual fund companies, the American Bankers Association, the Canadian Bankers Association, the Canadian Interac Association, Fortune 1000 multi-nationals, US and Canadian government agencies, and software and technology partners including Oracle, Microsoft Business Solutions, CIO.com, KnowledgeStorm, and Ziff-Davis.

He is credited with helping companies grow from a single product, single audience focus to successfully marketing multiple products to multiple audiences and expanding users, product features, and communicating return on IT investments throughout North America, Europe and the Caribbean. Anthony has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from Concordia University, taken the Canadian Securities Courses, and an Executive Certificate in Corporate Communications and Marketing from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
