The kiosks have been installed as part of an ongoing effort to deliver extended services to customers in an automated and user-friendly interface.

The Enquiry and Payment Kiosk system is intended for customers of ABN AMRO to access information, make inquiries, and process payments either through credit or debit cards. As an interactive devise, the kiosk is an integrated solution deployed for added value features and functionalities in public venues to give people self-service access to products and services.

EastNets kiosk solution provides features such as touch screens, telephone lines to call centres and emergencies, card reader, receipt printer, web camera and motion sensor to detect the presence of customers. These features help customers in carrying out their banking transactions in the quickest and most secure way.
