Company Sees 72% Sales Increase Over First Quarter 2004 on Strong Demand
for New and Existing Products

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass., — May 31, 2005 — AccuSoft® Corporation announced today that sales for the first quarter of 2005 grew 72% over the first quarter of 2004. Contributing to this growth were many significant customer wins, including the Department of Homeland Security, Sony Corporation, NASA and dozens of others. Sales of the Company’s ImageGear® product line increased substantially as more and more organizations recognize it as the global standard for high-performance imaging. The Company also posted strong gains for its VisiQuest™ product line, which offers rapid discovery and prototyping for scientists, researchers and developers.
