U.S. Bancorp Fund Services Selects Eagle For Fund Administration Reporting

Boston - March 7, 2005 - Eagle Investment Systems Corp. today announced that U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC (USBFS), a full service provider of mutual fund and alternative investment product services, has licensed Eagle’s solutions to enhance its fund administration platform. USBFS offers mutual fund clients a broad range of administration services, including financial reporting, compliance, board reporting, SEC filings, tax reporting, performance reporting, and financial analysis.

USBFS selected Eagle for its scalable platform, robust reporting, and information delivery capabilities, following an extensive search. Using Eagle PACEâ„¢ and Eagle Portal will provide USBFS with flexible and interactive reporting that offers clients data access via the Web. USBFS also selected Eagle Reference Manager to provide securities data validation and exception workflow.
