Chris Pickles of Radianz Elected as Co-Chair of FPL Global Education & Marketing Committee

March 16, 2005 FIX Protocol Limited (FPL) has announced that Chris Pickles of Radianz has been elected to the Co-Chair position of the Global Education and Marketing Committee and will be working alongside Ross Hutcheon of UBS Investment Bank.

Chris has worked for over 30 years in the technology industry, the last 18 of which have been in the financial technology sector. He is currently a Manager of Industry Relations with Radianz which he joined when the company was created in 2000. His previous jobs have included two years as secretary-general of the European Association of Securities Dealers, four years as Head of Exchange Products at Deutsche Boerse and five years in marketing with Reuters. He has had marketing responsibilities across both the European and Asia/Pacific time zones.

Chris feels that he can bring added value to the FPL Global Education and Marketing Committee by applying his long, practical experience of marketing technology-based solutions and industry associations internationally in the financial services sector. Chris stated, "I am delighted to have been chosen for this position and plan on using my experience and contacts across the securities, derivatives, foreign exchange and market data sectors globally in order to promote FIX and FPL in all of these areas."

Ross Hutcheon of UBS Investment Bank and Global Education and Marketing Committee Co-Chair stated, "I am pleased that Chris has been elected to join me in leading this group and look forward to working closely with him. He has done an excellent job since he stepped into the role of co-chairing the Europe Education & Marketing Subcommittee.
