Increased Efficiency for Screening Customer Files Against High-Risk Entities

Skokie, IL - May 31, 2005 - TFP, a leading provider of data and software solutions for financial and corporate institutions, recently released FACFilter for CIF 3.0 - an upgrade to its current product that focuses on stronger security measures, better program compatibility and enhanced information storage.

FACFilter for CIF is an application that allows financial institutions, securities firms and insurance companies to screen customer information files (CIF) against high-risk entity lists provided by U.S. and international government agencies as well as global organizations.

"We are always working on innovative application improvements to meet the needs of our customers. Version 3.0 now utilizes Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine (MSDE) as its backend database for storing screening results information," said Brian Raymaker, product manager.

"As watch lists grow with more frequent updates our customers are screening their CIFs more often. MSDE will provide robust and efficient data storage to handle this increase in activity," Raymaker continued.

Other features of FACFilter for CIF 3.0 include increased security, database growth control and improved utility access.
